  1. Transition Notice Meeting (UPDATE)

    6:30 P.M.

    In accordance with Article 2, Section 2.5 of the Bylaws for North Creek McKinney HOA, you are hereby given notice that an Election Meeting of the Members is scheduled for Thursday September 12, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., via Go To Meeting

    An election will be held to fill three (3) positions on the Board of Directors. If you are interested in running, please complete the Candidacy Form and return it to Legacy Southwest Property Management. Nominations will not be accepted from the floor during the meeting.

    A proxy is a written instrument, signed by the member, which duly appoints the member's voting rights and attendance. The Bylaws state that in order to hold a meeting and conduct business of the Association, there must be a quorum present. A quorum is the number of homes represented either in person or by proxy. The quorum required to elect directors is ten percent (10%) of all lot owners. If the quorum for the transition meeting is not met, the Association will not be able to conduct any Association business, and will incur additional expenses to recall, reschedule and re-notice.

    Dear Homeowners,

    We are proud to announce that our community is close to transitioning from developer to homeowner/board control. This means that a Transition Meeting will be held on September 12th, 2024, at 6:30pm and the community will transition to homeowner control with a board consisting of three members.

    If you would like to run for the board of directors, please fill out the attached form or visit our community website, where you can complete and submit the form. Attached is a guide for board members if you are interested in running for the board of directors.
