Trash Reminder and Fall Yard Contest

Compliance inspections took place yesterday, and some trash violations were sent in error stating the deadline of 6:00 p.m. Please disregard those notices.

As a reminder, trash cans can be placed at the curb 24 hours before pickup and must be stored out of sight 24 hours after pickup. We apologize for the system error- all trash violations have been deleted.

Please continue helping keep our community clean by not leaving trash and debris in the common areas. Remind children to bring home empty drinks after playing.

Additionally, lawns should be mowed and edged weekly to maintain a neat appearance and avoid violations. Please ensure weeds are removed from flower beds and tree wells.

With cooler weather approaching, now is the perfect time to replace trees and fertilize for spring growth.
