New Board Members Elected!

I want to welcome the newly elected BOD: Jose Bird, Venkat Bommareddy and Rajeev Rachakonda. They are off to a great start, evaluating future projects, overall maintenance of the community and reviewing contracts. They will be excited to share some information in an upcoming annual meeting tentatively scheduled for November. The ACC committee has been formed and will be able to view all requests on the community website.

All community notices will be posted as well as financials, and the recorded community documents. The ACC request forms are available to submit electronically under the homeowners tab. The committee will review, and all results will be communicated to you by email as well as checking your online account. To help speed the process include a picture of the planned project materials, any stain or paint colors, plat map of location, measurements of project (ex: patio extension, pergola) hand draw map or pictures with markups and measurements are acceptable.
