As we begin to plan for 2025, the HOA is seeking your input on potential improvements and projects in the community. Your feedback is essential in helping us prioritize projects that will enhance our community for everyone. Please note some suggestions have been omitted due to the cost constraints or feasibility.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. We encourage all homeowners to participate, as this is your opportunity to have a voice in shaping the future of North Creek. The results will help to determine which projects will be added to the ballot for discussion in the next community meeting on February 19, 2025. A separate link and notice of the meeting will be sent.
